The apartment was incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. the bed was so cozy, and the fresh clean towels were a lovely touch. the owners were also very friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the milk and water in the fridge for our morning coffee. the location was perfect for us, in a quiet residential area with easy access to the main road. It was also just a short drive to Canterbury, which was great for exploring the area. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
the layout of the apartment was not as expected, as there was no separation between the bed area and the rest of the space. This made it a bit challenging to relax after our daughter had gone to bed.

The Canterbury Romantic Modern Home was quite a surprise, it looked like a shed but inside it was cozy and beautiful. The hosts were thoughtful and the location was convenient with shops nearby.
Oh, there was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. It was just perfect in every way.

The hidden gem in the backyard turned out to be a jaw-droppingly beautiful and cozy haven. The location was super convenient with shops nearby. The modern interior was well-kept, clean, and tidy. Communication with the thoughtful hosts was excellent.

The unexpected highlight of our stay was the fully equipped kitchenette. It was like having a miniature MasterChef kitchen at our disposal, and we couldn't resist having a cook-off to see who could make the best dish with the limited ingredients. It turned into a hilarious competition filled with laughter and delicious surprises. Who knew a kitchenette could be so much fun?

The value for money was excellent and the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was great, in a residential area but still close to Canterbury. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The breakfast offerings could have been more varied.

I recently stayed at a charming and cozy little hotel in Canterbury called Canterbury Romantic Modern Home. The location was great, with shops close by, and it was easy to reach. The interior was modern and well-kept, with thoughtful hosts who provided excellent communication. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and an incredibly comfy bed. The owners even left some milk and water in the fridge for us. a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations.
